All positive reviews are fake - Junior Java Developer NextGen Invent Employee Review

While we understand that in rarest of cases people have an unhappy experience, something we take seriously to improve our company culture, this unfortunately seems to be a FALSE review. We at NextGen Invent never had created a Junior Java Developer position (as the reviewer says so) in past or have currently. Our co workers are always there to mentor and raise one another, and this is especially true in case of new employees, who go on to work for us years together happily. The collaborative and friendly spirit of NextGen Invent is what makes us a great place to work. While we understand that sometimes working on certain projects can extend beyond 9 hours in some cases,it is definitely not the norm here. And we never deduct money if you're spending the minimum 7 hours on a working day and if any employee decides to take an early leave as per our HR policy. We ensure that employees have a healthy work-life balance; because if our employees are happy, we are happy too. And during the current pandemic, we're trying to genuinely care for our employees (Especially our CEO) by understanding their troubles and challenges, and ensure that they are safe working from their home, and feeling secure with NextGen Invent for a long term basis.
