Pros

They will hire anyone. They do not discriminate. Ex drug addicts or convict. 85 employees in the call center follow under one of those categories .

Cons

Management is not friendly. He is very stand-off ish. You can not go to him directly. If you have any concerns or any questions you must go through your team lead first. He doesn’t care about the well being of the employee. Half the time he at his desk in Facebook. Not friendly whatsoever.
