The people and company are fantastic. The last year the recruiting world has been a tight space and leadership has always done what they can to support and lift us up. We are constantly celebrated and supported regardless of what is going on in the market, and everyone wants everyone to succeed.
It is one of the more competitive compensation plans in the recruiting space.
Cons
As a remote employee, I don't get to see my colleagues nearly as much as I'd like with a hectic life, but know the door is always open to go down as often as I'd like! :)
Would not recommend until diversity and inclusion initiatives are established, managers go to unconscious bias training because the bias is very noticeable, would try to humiliate this same employee in meetings when asking simple questions
Cons
Would go around in update meetings and skip one person on the team and a team member would have to speak up for this individual
