      Pros

      Great talented people working around you, and many growing and engaging initiatives in place. Office management does a great job, and you can feel a good atmosphere while at the office. A hybrid flexible work option is available.

      Cons

      As the product is evolving so fast, many times it is difficult to find the time for your career development or take advantage of the internal opportunities. Sometimes decision-making takes more than should.
