Pros
Not only do I love my role within the company, the company has offered to give me any tools I may need to move forward in my career path, which is a great benefit to someone like me who constantly likes to move forward and accomplish new things. The type of people management has chosen to hire here is outstanding. I have never felt so among equals in any company I've worked at prior. Every day I am amazed by how brilliant, creative and diligent my co-workers are, while also remaining very easy-going and fun, and management never fails to acknowledge their hard work and achievements while also joining in on the comradery. Everything about the culture here appeals to me as a millennial, its progressive, fun, and interesting. Despite that nobody here is micro-managed, everyone still gets the job done which means there are far less people here than in most other places pulling the weight of the others. I couldn't think of a better place to spend 40+ hours a day making money, or of better people to work toward a common goal with. The work ethic of my colleagues is unparallelled by any job I've ever had and the job itself is very exciting.
Cons
I personally do not find there are cons to my position. It's ever-changing, and I have a lot of creative input and control within it. This is something that excites me very much, and most positions within the company are similar. If you are hesitant to a lot of change, this may not be the place for you, as you may find it hard to keep up with.
