Executives are drunks and the managers put you under a microscope. There is no vacation program, they don't even pay mileage. Part of the margin you work so hard for goes to order entry people. Good luck getting any kind of a resource. It's all smoke and mirrors. Pure and simple they are pimps and employees are ho's. The reason there is so much hiring activity is because of the constant turnover. Their "we are family" speeches are hippocritical and a sharp contrast to the moral picture execs like to paint.
