      - Complete flexibility in your hours - Great work environment - Plenty of support - Great commissions

      Cons

      - You have to sell outdated products with high fees - You receive a small, insignificant salary with no real benefits of any kind - If you are not closing at least 2-3 businesses a month, on average, it will be a struggle to work there as you only have your commissions to rely on

      It’s a motivating environment with unlimited apportunities. The upper management are very positive and helpful.

      Cons

      Doesn’t offer a basic salary so it creates a little pressure.

      Pros

      By far the best insurance broker in Dubai to work for. I regret leaving this company because you will not feel being part of family in any other brokers in UAE. Salaries are always paid on time. Great culture and support and empowerment is given by management.

      Only Parking - Due to its location
