Pros

If you're lucky, you will get to work with a handful of good clients where you can learn a lot of if you put in the effort. Engineers are good people.

Cons

Management has been repeatedly disconnected with the needs of their employees. Employee moral has declined dramatically since the company embarked on repeated acquisitions and layoffs. They do not invest in their employees. Yearly reviews and raises were always delayed. You will find better opportunities for growth elsewhere.

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
