Pros
Passionate faculty who truly care about their students’ learning experience and goals. The DEI department is truly trying to make NCCC a more culturally aware and celebratory place to learn and work amongst a diverse population.
Cons
A top-heavy administration who takes advantage of employees who work hard, little to no room to grow unless you are related or politically connected to top-level administrators. Inexperienced senior staff doesn’t respect their own team members are the frontlines of their departments. Mistrust and low morale run rampant. Administrators do not put students first.
