Great culture: very positive work environment, very flat organisation (everyone has a say). Not afraid to turn down a client if they don't present the right creative / ethical prospect. Put out some great work. Extremely rewarding agency to work for.

Charity / sustainable clients can be tough as budgets are often low and the culture can be fairly conservative. To produce great creative you've got to work a bit harder than you would on conventional clients sometimes.

Wonderful environment and friendly colleagues who you can make great friends with. Reputable clients and good location. Everyone is willing to help you and is great especially if you are new to working life.

Can't say much except maybe wish I had worked on a PC than a MAC in the studio as I'm a PC user.
