Pros

If you’re looking to either start or develop your career in recruitment and are offered to work with these guys, seriously, don’t hesitate to grab the opportunity with both hands. From the get-go, the recruitment and onboarding process with Lance is so smooth. He has such flair for talent acquisition, you’d be hard-pressed to find another who is this good! He has been there for me every step of the way and never takes his foot off the gas. The directors Don and Rich have such an insane wealth of knowledge in their field, offer great training and are genuinely lovely people to be around. I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learnt from them during my time there. Speaking of lovely people, you’d find it difficult to come across a company with a culture of outgoing, friendly co-workers. From the second I walked in, I felt like I had already been friends for years. Each and every one of them have made my experience at NB one that I’ll remember always. *Pros* - Uncapped commission (honestly, there is some serious money to be made). - Clear cut commission structure and clear routes to progression are outlined. There are no blurred lines to this that you may find in other companies. - Amazing and thorough training offered - in my case anyway - by Don (thank you!) to make you an expert in SAP recruitment. - It may sound cliche, but they have a work hard, play hard mentality. Do the work, earn your commission, and you’ll be recognised for your achievements and rewarded. - Mentioned before, but a bubbly, lively and friendly group of colleagues makes it. I sincerely wish everyone there the best. You guys are going places!

Cons

Not necessarily cons, but I’d say long hours and 5 days per week in the office. Then again, it’s recruitment… How else would you learn unless you’re in the office with the team each day?
