Niclin Group is an ambitious company that understands to attract great staff you have to offer flexibility and a great working environment. When I started at Niclin Group nearly a year ago, I negotiated flexible working arrangements that suit me and my family. I was concerned that there would be the inevitable "work creep" into my day off, but the only creep happening is self-driven. My colleagues and the company director are very respectful of my personal time.

Niclin Group is working really hard at building a strong culture and a champion team. The company values loyalty, reliability, discipline, positivity, and communication are continually spoken about. As with any young company, there is still some way to go, but you can feel them becoming second nature throughout the business.
