Nidec purchased Avtron, Ohio. It was great at first. No changes were made to the Avtron company, until....
Cons
Very Poor Leadership today!!! After the first full year, things started to change, poor health benefits, 401k issues, flexible spending accounts. It was St. Louis's way or no way! No one cares about the employees or how or what Avtron did. Changes happen and no one visited from St. Louis to see us or how we liked things or what we did.
