Work is good for health

Pay is bad no raises

People who work in the office are wonderful and dedicated, free from internal office drama and a kind environment towards coworkers. The office itself is in a beautiful location. Flexible days off. Food downstairs is great.

Complete lack of structure; No incentives for performance; No parameters or guidelines; Non-Communicative current leadership; Dealing with the aftermath of a terrible ex-CEO who never reinvested in machinery, people, or software; Outdated equipment both on factory and office end; No observation of Covid guidelines and will not grant Covid WFH even with positive test in same building; Expect to wear multiple hats as many unfilled positions will often be shoved upon the newest person to be hired. Currently in a salary and hiring freeze
