Pros
Good health insurance, overtime pay, will provide good material to add to a portfolio, will also provide good experience dealing with clients and contractors
Cons
-Poor benefits, although there is good health insurance, paid time off is pitiful beginning at just 3 days (that's including vacation and sick days)
-Not sure they would be accommodating of maternity leaves
-Long hours, overtime pay is a plus to this but the extended hours are too frequent, leaves employees burnt out
-Management is extremely unorganized and communication is consistently lacking
-Management willing to spend money on the wrong things, should invest in upgraded computer programs
-Management has little to no understanding of the computer programs used as they deal solely with client and contractor meetings, due to this lack of knowledge management sets unrealistic expectations regarding quality and deadlines
