      Pros

      $22.00 per hour which is well above industry standard for an unarmed guard position. The management does not hide their willingness to promulgate an antagonistic relationship with the employee.

      Cons

      on your first day you will find out that you must pay the company to rent a mostly used uniform for $300.00. If a uniform item becomes unserviceable the employee will pay to ship it back to the employer. Often times the company will send you a uniform item that is unserviceable and you will have to pay to ship it back to the company.

      Pros

      fairly simple tasks, good co-workers, decent pay, can be a good stepping stone but not really a career, no mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      management is no very understanding to personal emergencies. no pto, benefits are expensive and not very good, the appearance standards are way too high for the type of work you're doing.
