Cons

Money could be better and the internal network is quite slow

Thanks for the positive feedback given! We've passed on your feedback to the Board about the other points. We regularly review our market rates for all roles in the company. There are facilities for people to bring in their own coffee in the canteen if they don't want to use the coffee machines that we do subsidise. We're definitely working more on our communication across the business and this includes the Groups direction! Keep an eye out for the next bi-annual Board update presentation coming up.

Pros

Great colleagues who genuinely supported one another. Hands-on experience with UC, SaaS, and connectivity platforms. Opportunity to take initiative and implement automation improvements. Fast-paced environment with exposure to multiple systems and customer types. Clear potential for internal progression if better supported.

Cons

Lack of regular one-to-ones made it difficult to align on development goals. Limited structured feedback despite high workloads and complex queries. Some legacy systems/processes hindered efficiency and clarity. Resource limitations occasionally led to overstretch and burnout. Internal communication could be inconsistent during organisational changes.

Pros

Lots of product training. Company does try to keep up with technological trends. In my opinion great starting point ie; graduates looking to learn in a sales environment. Regular brand incentives. Free reign to sell a wide product set giving you the option to refine yourself around margin rich products or products you simply prefer to sell.

Cons

Terrible salary and commission rates. Difficult to see any real form of progression, if you're looking for high earning potential not just a fancy title certainly not the place to be. Easily over looked, on many occasions individuals with less experience brought in on higher salary bands. A lot of 'reactive' sales people there considered the 'veterans' who aren't in my opinion individuals you would 'look up to.'

Thanks for the feedback, it’s valuable. We’ve made a lot of changes since 2016, especially from employee feedback in regards to remuneration and we do a great annual award called The Edge. We’re proud to have an internal training team and we provide regular 1:2:1 coaching, individual/group call levelling and classroom sessions. In regards to progression, we provide Personal Development Reviews every 6 months, with an annual review to outline career objectives for our line managers to support employees to reach these goals. Last year, a fifth of our recruitment was filled by our employees moving internally. We’re excited for the future!
