While Nimble has potential to be a great company, the executive team often lacks empathy. Employees are expected to “think and act like an owner” without the compensation, balance, or support that should come with it. There’s a noticeable inconsistency in how employees are treated across different offices, and it can feel like certain individuals are protected or rewarded based on relationships rather than performance.
Work-life balance is a serious issue. Despite repeated feedback, the burden of managing burnout is placed on employees rather than the company making structural changes to workloads. While small teams can achieve a lot, under-supporting them and then expecting a positive attitude about unrealistic workloads isn’t sustainable. Raises are minimal and don’t keep pace with inflation, which, paired with the expectation to overextend year after year, contributes to turnover. Long-tenured, dedicated employees continue to leave due to the lack of recognition and appreciation for their contributions.and loyalty.
