Where do I even begin? This was, without question, the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The CEO/Founder lacks clear direction and consistently delegates critical responsibilities to a management team that does not know how to effectively run a sales organization.
During my year and a half there, I signed four different offer letters due to constant changes to the commission structure. Leadership takes little to no accountability when things go wrong, and any sales rep who raised legitimate concerns was ultimately let go. The culture prioritizes compliance and “yes-people” over thoughtful feedback or individuals who genuinely want to improve the business.
Numerous promises were made to the sales team and repeatedly broken. Additionally, the company misrepresents key metrics to pharmacies, including patient adoption rates and the financial impact of the software.
Overall, it is a poorly run organization with little to no diversity, serious issues in leadership, transparency, and integrity.
