      1. Restricted communication with overseas PMs and senior management. 2. No clear growth path or support for skill development. 3. Salary increments are not based on performance, with a maximum of 3500 BDT. In some cases, increments are denied without providing employees with a proper reason or report for the decision. 4. Rules and policies are changed anytime as per management’s convenience, without consulting employees, and even management is not consistent in following their own rules. 5. Promised benefits during hiring (leave, bonuses, etc.) were not actually given. 6. Power harassment exists through biased treatment and misuse of authority by local team managers and HR.
