Pros

Great office, nice benefits, many hardworking and dedicated colleagues, and the most caring HR department ever.

Cons

A leadership that no longer cares about quality, rushing out faulty and painfully broken release after release, angering employee and customer alike, while asking for more and more from their employees. Two years ago, we were told 'we have investors, nothing changes'. Now, the expected work load is nearly tripled, overtime is regularly expected (and unpaid), moreso for higher ups, and morale has reached new lows. Stay out of Client Services. Add a lack of paid sick leave, low amount of PTO, angry client-base and back-to-back phone calls for half of your shift.

Pros

Most of the same level colleagues are personable. Regular breaks that were clocked.

Cons

It seems once the entry level employees get a promotion to a team leader some type of supervisory role, if you're not in your young twenties they don't understand you. And that's not good because they will report they cannot talk to you even though verbal communication is what we were all hired to do. Always posting for the same position every few months it's just lots of turnover and everyone has seen it, don't know if it's changed cuz I was walked out the door when I got released. And that was in less than 3 months.
