Pros
Best manager I've ever had. Money could be good when the dealership had traffic. 1 hr lunch breaks and a lot of down time.
Cons
Really long hours. 9-9 shifts on Mondays and Thursdays. 10-3 shift on Saturday. Decreased opportunity to earn commission. Due to a lack of advertising, external competition, and buying trends, compensation became an issue.
