      There are brilliant people on the team who can help you grow professionally.

      Cons

      I don't believe they're fully transparent about compensation. There is no work-life balance, and rude behavior by colleagues isn't dealt with. Only people who do their job are held accountable for their output; other employees can miss deadlines by 6+ months, and it would be fine. There is no consistency in the treatment of employees, and thus, the acknowledgment of KPIs is distorted.

      Great benefits and amazing coworkers. Everyone is really committed to making the best work possible. This is a great place to learn before moving on to the next stage in your career.

      Cons

      If you're looking for solid leadership or transparency when it comes to the general agency status, you will be disappointed. Getting anything more than vague "we want to be industry leaders" commentary from the CEO is impossible, if you ever get time to speak with him at all.
