Pros

Pays (some) bills with a McDonald's-like salary.

Cons

There are so many things wrong about this company that if I were to talk about all of them, I'd literally be here all day. So I'll keep it short and concise. The only reason you'd want to work for this startup is if you can't find anything else in the IT field and need to pay the bills (the salary is a joke). This is, believe me, the first, last and only reason to join this "company". Reasons why you wouldn't want to work for Nobal? Everything else you can think of. It's the worst company I've ever come across, by a long shot. I'm begging you. Stay the heck away from Nobal and its CEO.

Pros

- Ability work from home. - Company had some big clients. - Ask for a low salary and you are in.

Cons

If you are considering working for the company or buying anything from them, first ask them about: - How long have they been operating and under which names. - Current monthly revenue and sources (either you are considering investing in the company, or you will be offered stock options, so you should be asking them this at some point). - Which projects are they most proud of and why. - Request to see the products live. Seriously. No excuses. No handwaving. No "demo" data. Try the product, and not a development build with random test data, ask to see something real. If they claim someone has whatever setup somewhere, go check it out. And don't forget to have a look at the management back-end, again, with real-world data. - Try to find videos of the iMirror online. Vimeo, Youtube, Kickstarter, their site. Then request to see one of those in real life. These are my opinions on the company after working there for over a year: - A lot of work ends up in the trash can because management lives in a bubble. That works well for selling the product, but not so much for ensuring quality or taking feedback. - I don't think a single project was ever profitable. This company has got VC funding and government grants for years (like tech startups do), but projects always went over budget, and clients ended up ditching the product. - There is a serious gap between what they advertise/sell and what they deliver. - Their internet. You would think a co-working space would have a better setup. Even more if the owner also has a tech company in that space and a restaurant downstairs.
