Pros
A number of really good people were there when I was there. Talented individuals who tried hard to make things work.
Cons
Absolutely chaotic period of M&A. Senior leadership made the organization top heavy and they couldn't agree on anything. No coordination and cohesion after they 10x headcount in 10 months, instead all the former leaders acted like kings of their fifedoms. Siloed culture, no teamwork but just enough glimmers of hope to keep you roped in. I never had a written comp plan for my commission structure either.
