      Pros

      Jonathan Jackson is a two faced monster, he will smile in your face and completely let you down. There is no comraidery, the company is extremely cheap, and barely safe. Its a revolving door for a reason, don't find out for yourself! VFR scud-running all day, no training or support. Everyone is entry level, the president will push you hard into completing missions for budget reasons, without taking your personal well being into consideration. Nothing Noble here folks, move on somewhere else. Only positive, the management office has nice windows and a cushy sofa, don't expect the same from the operation or inside those nasty 402's! Awful company, STAY CLEAR!!!

      Everything is a con, the owner is a con-artist himself! Disgusting.

      Pros

      After being hired and promised the opportunity to grow with the company, I decided to join the team. The owner was enthusiastic and gave me the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      I did so well the owner didn’t expect it and we didn’t have the financial backing or infrastructure to comply with the incoming new business and instead of adjusting he just freaked out and shut down half of the operation and fired the newest people so he could down size operations to where he was comfortable. Negating any opportunity to grow.

      Pros

      Location and south Florida weather.

      Cons

      Cheap company, unexperienced employees, underpaid, under staffed, and abused. You stay at Holiday Inn Express, no 4 star hotels, min support. Nobody cares about you as employee, retention rate is less than 5%. Stay AWAY or fly at your own risk.
