The owner is one of the greatest owners to work for as you can see the previous employees never mentioned that he always gives you extra gift certificates to Starbucks Visa cards he tries to make sure if you need anything he will get it for you if you do not make it with this owner then it is your problems you must have lied in your interview or you or lying to him on a regular basis this man has never cheated anybody out of money I recommend that you try working for someone like him and you would appreciate a good boss one thing I noticed with is that he always made sure there was food in the office if it was not for my husband transferring I would still be there

Sometimes employees don't always try their best and he does get frustrated when somebody lies to him or steals from him and who wouldn't when you're working so hard to make sure everybody has a good place to work there isn't one person that can say they've been cheated Nord wear their paychecks not available on payday he make sure that at all times I've seen him loan money to people who need it that work there for a very short time he's even had his manager go and pick up some employees whose car did not run and we're running late he went out of his way to make sure they made it to work and also don't get caught on your cell phones during work time obviously these previous employees didn't care about their job more than their cell phones

Okay pay. 1 hour lunch.

Owners are both very nit picky and will find any reason to complain. No respect given to office workers. Owner Miles does not communicate in any professional way. Lack of training. Owner will scream in office daily over anything. They do not pay you if you work over 8 hours. They forge the time cards into payroll so that you're time will be exactly 40 hours a week. Expected to clock in early for no compensation. Given more duties then originally discussed. Counterpart has been there a year and will never admit to being wrong: No room for advancement. Old school ways of doing everything; no new ideas are welcomed.
