Great company to work for - Anonymous employee Noblis Employee Review

After having worked in agencies for a few years, I'm back working at a nonprofit. Noblis' leadership is friendly and empowers the staff to lead projects. The team is open-minded and welcomes employees to challenge their thinking (which is hard to find these days). The company is collaborative, innovative, and growing. The CEO always pushes us to do more and to challenge ourselves. Culture is good, work-life balance is good. I would recommend this company to anyone. I commute in from DC to the Reston headquarters daily, and many others commute as well. People love it here and stay for decades. The company probably has one of the lowest turnover rates that I know of.
