Pros
* Awesome benefits (403b, HSA with a large yearly contribution, 4 weeks of vacation to start) * Casual atmosphere (not casual dress, unfortunately) * Competitive salary * Great work / life balance * Opportunities to work on different projects within the company
Cons
Software product development is not Noblis' strength, yet that is my job. I often feel that we lack support for what we are trying to do (equipment, software, dedicated QA, etc.). There is a lack of good leadership on my project and I am never sure who is in charge. There is no accountability for bad behavior and people get away with things that they should not.
