      Pros

      Very supportive and flexible environment promoting work/life balance. Great benefits, comparable to (and in some cases) better than industry standard. Interesting work with lots of opportunities for growth and trying new things. Great roadmaps and resources for growth and learning. Good support from management, especially when employees are willing to bring up issues and ask for help.

      Cons

      For my small team, workload has grown as the company has grown and we have stayed the same size. A constant flow of new projects and needs can collide making it hard to stick by deadlines for our key priorities. But management is responsive to helping re-prioritize and / or shift work as needed.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
