Pros
Noblis is an intellectual environment that has similarities to a university or think tank in a beautiful wooded setting in Virginia. Education is important and there are many lectures, brown bag seminars, professional associations meetings, and communities of interest that provide opportunities for organizations to expand their knowledge as well as share their expertise with others.
Cons
The management is very poor. Noblis does a poor job in selecting managers, grooming and holding them accountable for their actions. Managers are chosen based on cronyism rather than true skill, aptitude and leadership abilities. Often the selected individuals, have poor teambuilding, client relationship, and project management skills and are a liability to the company...not an asset. They are generally only focused on their own careers and care very little for the team members they manage.
