Pros
- Node is like a family! I strongly feel I have freedom to think, express and perform. - The Management is honest, transparent, experienced, humble and very mature for a Bootstrapped organisation. - Business Heads are positive, they trust their team members and there is a sense of enthusiasm which pushes everyone to perform together. Feedback is taken very seriously. - Processes are tight. - Basically, responsible adults work here who believe there is always room for improvement.
Cons
Certainly not for the faint hearted, for those who are looking for a relaxing job and for the uncreative. I think, the Management trust people easily.
