Lateral growth is a bit tougher due to a small company size.

Flexible work schedule, supportive management, interesting projects, good community corporate culture. I have worked here for more than a year and really enjoy the people I work with. It is a real team atmosphere where everyone seems to enjoy each other's company on and off duty. Leadership genuinely cares about their employees and does their best to keep them working without stagnation. The communication from the top is good and they really care about their employees.

Its small, so if you want new opportunities there has to be a contract or RFP out for new work.
