Pros
Comes with strong technology oriented company, but it was not projected or rather used on time to beat the market. Over a period of time they learnt it but it became very late. Coming to work environment it is very relaxed, need to be bit focused on getting things with right quality and on time.
Cons
Very relaxed environment, Inorganic growth. Some talent have been wasted completely, job roles are not clear
