Pros
The Business guys (sales & marketing) are really good and deserve credit for the fact that Nokia is still around inspite of the products in the market. with the new windows phone, hope it works!!!
Cons
IT at Nokia was an army of incompetent people enjoying the benefits when Nokia was number 1. The new sturcture is equally bad as all the incompetent people are now heading the new sturcture!!!
