Pros
My team and my colleagues have a very good competence and knowledge. I love to work with them. We have a good place in the center of the city. the working time is very flexible
Cons
The salary is not too good. I haven't got any raise for 3 years. The tasks sometimes good, but sometimes stop before the end of the project and told us ("look guys you will do something else this is over... :(")
