good work place and atmosphere, nice people mostly. generous 401k matching, freebie phone, a lot of smart people
Cons
ESPP has been down hill the past few years. frequent re-org, good product gets canceled, doesn't seem to know what it is doing. no opportunity for advancement. people from mother ship with no exp or little exp gets promoted, then they leave. cancel product too quick when it's not making money, not even trying.
