A lot of "shooting from the hip" going on - managers demanding features that are "a good idea" but are never used Feedback is often sub-par on projects and progress A TON of bureaucracy surrounding EVERYTHING "Agile Work Group" forcing practices upon everyone and everything A lot of time wasted in doing "Agile things" for the sake of being "Agile"
