      Culture The culture is great. No discrimination. They promote respect in all culture diversity. Trust basis. No time-in/time-out. Output-based. Benefits They offer great benefits. Medicine reimbursement Phone unit allowance Up to 750k coverage in HMO (including maternity assistance) Profit sharing

      Cons

      The transparency is diminishing. After all the current unlikely events, there are no words from the site head about the status of the company.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
