      work life balance, compensation, supportive teams

      Cons

      Head count cuts in US are easy target as not protected by Union in other countries, few career opportunities in US unless near an office location in many instances. Employees in US are under valued.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
