      Pros

      You will work with many and challenging technologies. The business is bit complicated and not easy be on track at the begining. People are very nice and the site cares for diversity. The site provides to you a nice environment, GYM, kitchen, playing roor, rest room.

      Cons

      Employee ages is 40 in average :) but that is fine at end.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
