      Non. although its not a start up company its not even stable and they can fire easily cut you and all your team

      Cons

      Old technologies. very heavy company ... Culture doesnt fit to Israel where everything going fast without heavy rules. Poor social life and social events!!!

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
