      Pros

      Great start of a career in tech due to trainings provided by the company.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, after the out satellite office were acquired by Nokia. It didn't last long until the main hq decided to let go of us, meaning mass layoff of the R&D center.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
