I read through some of the recent reviews, and i was very shocked to see what was wrote about NTG. I graduated over a year ago, and decided to join the Detroit team. Management at NTG was very up front with me during the interview process. The first 6 months will be a lot of cold calling, rejection, and learning from your mistakes. Leads are provided by management, and Corporate. Qualified leads are sent out daily, and we dont find leads on google maps!
There is a lot of room to grow within the company. Sales managers in the office are very fresh to management, but offer good feedback while allowing the account managers to provide them with feedback/constructive criticism.

Long hours, can be stressful at times
