Pros

Some of the people were excellent, against all the odds. And the fresh fruit every day is a lie, bananas are never seen past Tuesday, leaving only apples. Yech.

Cons

While beautiful on the outside, seemingly honest and open environment, it doesn't take long to be backstabbed or thrown under the bus. Management of the company is very much detached from reality, and I don't mean just the C-level, but as much, if not more so on the Project/Line manager. I watched them with stunned disbelief listen to my "revelations" on how actual projects and schedules run. Sadly, despite having a chat about it almost every week, nothing has changed so one day I just didn't come back — the first time in my long career.

Thank you for taking the time to share your views of your experience at Nomensa, we always appreciate feedback. We wholeheartedly agree with you that our people are our best asset and are certainly what makes us. Creating a positive working environment for all is really important to us – even though we must admit we can’t control team eating habits. We are always looking to continually improve how we work. So, if you are open to it and now some time has passed, it would be really great if we could have another chat to talk through any other feedback you may have to make sure that things are dealt with better going forward. Thank you.
