Pros
It is a small company with a friendly work culture. Flexible hours and work from home options. Great work and personal life balance. No micro management. 18 vacation days for the first year and increases by the year!!
Cons
No salary increments or other perks/benefits. Offers medical insurance though. Not much scope for a lateral move or a promotional move as the IT department is very small.
