there are no Advantages in working here

Cons

- Completely TOXIC ENVIRONMENT - no recognition - micro-management : unfair and push you to dismiss because you are not making enough MONEY, even if you call hundred of people per day - no work-life balance: you live for working; - unsafe and unhealthy culture: the 'strongest' and the more 'addicted' person survived - Salary below the CZECH Market ( in Czech Republic there are thousands of opportunities, first work experience, which pay double and give you a week more of holidays per year with several benefits) - managers or team leader achieve the position if they make a lot of money not because of experience and professionalism. Insulting employees is not professional. - employees are pushed to leave a nice review on Glassdoor/indeed to attract new employee (BE AWARE OF IT) - you have 3 months of notice period: do not believe that if you miss only one day to pass it, it means that you cannot be fired. YOU CAN BE FIRED WITHOUT A WARNING! they do not need you anymore - Nobody check if you are drug addicted or not, there is no criminal records check of the people who have been hired - it is not HR, it is SALES, you have to call people the 100% of your time - the exit call is useless

Thanks for the positive feedback. As the new CEO I am doing what I can to improve things but I am not sure what I can do about the local cafe 🤔

Pros

What I appreciate the most is the wide scope of action & responsibilities: - Candidate mapping & contacting, - Market Building (building a network and understanding the areas drivers) - Prospect identification until client on-boarding for Perm and Consulting, - Contract Tailoring Management, - Marketing (adverts, internet search tactics, LinkedIn, other, ...) - CRM building and tailoring (quality of the data, number of data & data management), - Management & Business Training, - Process automation (Emails, Excel, Internet, LinkedIn,...), - Coaching and Support for management especially, - ...

Cons

What goes with autonomy is perhaps less process driven so one can feel overwhelmed but if the energy and drive is there all can be done in time even in a this challenging Sales environment.
