No stockholders expecting to extract wealth on investment. Members first always. The company was WAY ahead of the learning curve in terms of supporting work from home. The right technology efficiently delivered even before Covid.
Cons
A lot of change happening all at once. Growth in members and premium, new building, new policy, Billing, and claims systems being engineered. It is a very busy place in a very busy time. You have to be the right kind of person to “get it” in terms of working for a nonprofit whose job is to protect other nonprofits.
