A few of the people were good to work with. The company had a lot of potential to break into newer markets through better designed products and services.
Cons
The company continuously hired people that were not performing the job functions as described in the interview. The shop practically ran engineering\design group, so implementing good engineering\design practices was difficult. High engineer\designer turnover.
