      Pros

      Great team environment. Supportive team leadership and cross-department work culture. Keen to promote internally.

      Cons

      Senior management not good at listening to feedback. Too ready to pat themselves on the back for a job not done. Everything is sales focused with little recognition given to technical or admin efforts. HR is a mess, with home working frowned upon despite senior HR staff working from home 50% of the time. Flexible working is not possible.

      It's a job. That's about it.

      Cons

      Many two-faced individuals in middle management creating a negative working environment. Micromanaging one second, zero management the next with no clear instructions on what's expected of staff. Woeful place to work.
